  • 2 tbspn coriander powder
  • 1 tbspn chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Zeera
  • 3-4 tbspn chaat masala
  • 4 tbspn oil
  • 2lemon
  • 1 tbspn achar masala *optional

    Wash n gve cuts in Fish.add all spices together

    Spread masala on fish properly.

    Take oil on pan.when oil become little hot then pure fish slightly

    Fry on medium flame n cover then flip and them cover n fry.

    Put some char masala in tummy of fish.
    Sprinkle chaat masala on top n squeeze lemon as well.
