1 Firstly we have to wash the moong dal and rice in deep water and then soak it in water in a large bowl for 3 to 4 hours.

2 After 3 to 4 hours grind it in an electric mixer and make a smooth idli batter.

3 Now add Rava in it and mix well till well combined and leave it overnight.

4 The next morning beat the batter and add a pinch of salt and mix well.

5 Grease with butter idli plates.

6 Take a skillet over medium-high heat and add coconut oil in it and add ½ teaspoon mustard seeds, ½ teaspoon Grated ginger, chopped chilies, and ½ teaspoon ground pepper and sauté well till well combined.
