Steps

Roast the Sesame seeds on low flame till they release aroma and changes colour slightly golden brown. Stir continuously for even roasting.

Grind it (without any liquid) straight after roasting while it's still very hot. Grind till you get evenly crumbly texture. Add oil and salt. Grind again till smooth and shiny paste. You may need to add a little water to make it smooth and perfect consistency.

It's ready! This can be stores upto 1 month in a airtight container in the fridge.
