Wash dhal, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, sliced onion, tomato, cinnamon stick, clove, cardamom, add water

Add everything in a pressure pan, (after the 1st whistle, reduce flame) and cook for 10min

Keep a separate pan, add oil, fry mint leaves, bay leaf, green chilli, ginger garlic paste

Grind coconut with fennel seed, garam masala, grind as fine paste

Add fried items and ground paste, salt, 300ml water, combine well,

Add papads with dhal mix, simmer in low flame for 5min and remove

It may be look liquid, but the papads observe the curry will be thicken soon

Add ghee and sprinkle coriander leaves. Enjoy the tasty dhal papad curry with rice, roti, dosa etc.
