1/2 cupwhole milk, or almond milk
2 teaspoonalmond chopped
1 teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1 scoopvanilla ice cream
1.5 teaspoonsmaple syrup
2 tablespoonschia seeds

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes. The chia seeds will swell up and absorb most of the liquid.Stir the mixture again and refrigerate for another 3-4 hours or overnight. Serve it with fresh fruits,vanilla ice cream added again or your favorite toppings
