  • Beef marinade
  • Soy sauce
  • Ketchup
  • Curry powder
  • Thyme
  • Yaji (optional)
  • Ginger and garlic
  • cubesSeasoning
  • Corn flour
  • Veggies
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Fresh chilli(tattashe)
  • Onions
  • stripsCarrots
  • Green onions
  • Green beans

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix beef strips with marinade and cut all the vegggies in strips and combine

    Add oil to a pan and add the marinaded beef and veggies

  3. 3

    Stir fry quick for about 7 to 10 minutes. Serve with bread, yam, rice etc
