Hello foodie friends....here I am going to share very delicious recipe of Shrikhand. Because after festival of Holi summer will start. So in my family we will make Shrikhand or purchase from outside on festival of Holi and to welcome summer.
Steps

Take curd in muslin cloth. Tie it to remove access water. You will get hung curd.

Soak saffron strain in milk.

Sift the curd from flour grater. So you will get smooth texture from curd.

In hung curd add sugar and mix it.
- 5
Add powder sugar, cardamom powder and saffron milk in curd. Mix gently and properly.

Sprinkle dry fruits and garnish with cherry. Refrigerate it for 5 to 6 hours.
