2 servings

300 gmsThick fresh cream
1/2 packetStrawberry jelly
1 cupCake crumbs
Strawberries cut in length wise pieces
1/2 cupstrawberry chunks
1/4 cupany juice /milk

Beat cream to fluffy and cool it.

In serving glass bowls spread cake crumbs and press, sprinkle little juice or sugar syrup /milk, not too much just little to moist it. Arrange strawberries on sides of bowl walls, keep refrigerated.

Now in cream add jelly crystals and mix well till well combined it will change colour to beatiful pinkish. Add strawberry chunks and fold

Put this mixture into bowls, jelly will set the dessert. Put in fridge to cool

Decorate with cream florets and blue Berry and enjoy this yummilicious dessert.
