There are a bazillion mug cake recipes out there, but some yield a cake that is stodgy or unappetizing. I should know because I’ve tried a few. 😜 This recipe consistently yields a cake which is chocolatey, light, and fluffy. The best part is that it fully cooks under two minutes in a microwave! And it’s so easy that my six-year-old daughter is capable of making it! It makes enough cake for 2 people.
