340 gSalmon
120 gMedium fat cream cheese, spring onion & chives
A pinch of salt
Rice papers

Steps

Put salmon, salt and cream cheese into the blender. Blending until smooth. Scoop into the container, chill in the fridge.

Cut the rice paper in half with scissors. Soak in water. Place on a flat tray, fold in half. Scoop the salmon Cream cheese on. Wrap it.

Place the dumplings in the steamer, steam for 10 minutes. Serve with kikkoman sauce.
