Veggies peppered yam
Steps

Peel yam, slice as desired, fry and set aside

In a pan add little oil, grated peppers and scotch bonnets fry for a min, add seasoning and spices, then add little water.

Add in the yam after the water boils, stir and leave for 2mins, then add your grated carrots, sliced onion and cabbage, cover and allow to simmer for some mins.

Done, serve and enjoy it as a break fast with tea😋😋😋
