Ingredients

25 to 30 minute
8 to10 servings
  1. 1-1/2-2 lbs hamburger
  2. 1 canRotel tomatoes, undrained
  3. 1 canranch style beans, undrained
  4. 2 pkgJiffy Corn bread, fix as directions on Boxes
  5. 1 canCorn, drained
  6. 1 pkg.taco seasoning
  7. 1 c.Shredded cheese any you like, I used Mexican blend, I used

Cooking Instructions

    Brown hamburger, drain most grease out of skillet.

    Add, taco seasoning, can tomatoes, can ranch style beans, can corn, and add 1 cup cheese, simmer. While making cornbread

    Make cornbread as directed on box. Add to skillet with hamburger stir together well

  4. 4

    Have oven preheated to 425. Grease 9 x 13 casserole dish, pour cornbread and meat mixture in casserole.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes, toothpick inserted center comes out clean.

    Can sprinkle with more cheese, if you'd like, top with sour cream and salsa. I added them when served, was real good. Nexted time I'm going to add can sliced black olives to cornbread and meat mixture, also add the extra cheese and melt on top
