Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2lbs. Ground Beef
  2. 1/2 Container(bout 12-14) Sliced White Mushrooms
  3. 1 Tbsp.Minced Garlic
  4. 3Pkgs. Brown Gravy Mix
  5. 1 Tbsp.Onion Powder
  6. 1 Tbsp.Garlic Powder
  7. 1/2Yellow Onion, minced
  8. 1 Tbsp.Butter
  9. Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 400°F.
    In a medium sauce pan over medium heat make gravy according to the package directions. Once done set aside.

    In a large frying pan add 1Tbsp. Butter, Sliced Mushrooms, minced onion, minced garlic, and season with salt n pepper to taste. Fry til mushrooms and onions are soft bout 5minutes or so. Set aside once done. Save frying pan and drippings.

    In a large mixing bowl add the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, and Salt n' Pepper to taste. Combine well with clean hands then form into 4 hamburger patties. Fry in the same pan as the mushroom mixture til meat is no longer pink.

    Add patties to a baking dish. Cover each patty with the mushroom mixture. Then cover everything with the brown gravy. Put into preheated oven n bake for 15 minutes or til completely heated through. Remove from oven and serve immediately and enjoy 😋.

    **Note***
    I love to serve this with mashed potatoes and a mixed greens side salad. But any side dish will go well with this meal.
