Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo 🍝

If you don’t want to make any efforts for the dinner, just go for this rich, creamy saucy Fettuccine Alfredo, made within just 20-30 mins. Also it can be made in a single pan, so it counts for a less mess!
Just added fresh basil leaves for a nice aroma. But it’s just totally optional.

In a big mixing bowl, add the dry chicken fillets and add all the seasoning and mix well.

Boil the pasta till it’s done, takes about 10-12 mins. Then turn off the flame and let it rest for 2-3 mins in the same water then strain it.

Heat a non stick pan and put butter and oil in it. Put the seasoned chicken fillets and cook from both sides 2-3 mins each. Keep the flame on medium high.

In the same pan, add more butter and finely chopped garlic. Then add the capsicum and saute for 2 mins. Add the seasoning.

Put the pan away from flame and add the cream and milk. Mix well till no lumps are there. Then put it back to heat and add the strained pasta and cooking for 3-4 mins. Then add the cheese and mix it well. Turn off the flame.

In a serving plate, arrange a bed of pasta and top it with the chicken fillet. Garnish with some fresh basil leaves or any Italian herbs.
