Ingredients

30 minutes
4 persons
  • 1 cupcottage cheese (panner)
  • 1 cupmilk powder
  • 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  • 3 tbspmilk
  • 1 tspsaffron
  • 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  • 1/4 tspnutmeg powder
  • 1/4 cuppistachio flakes

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Add powdered sugar to paneer,mix and keep aside. Add 3 tbsp milk in milk powder and mix well to prepare lumpfree smooth paste.

    Cook this paste on a slow flame for 3-5 minutes, till it thickens. When it thickens, add sweetened paneer. Add saffron too.

    Cook on a slow flame, add cardamom and nutmeg powder.

    It will take hardly 2-4 minutes to thicken. You will notice that it leaves the sides and forms a mass. Add pistachio flakes,spare some for garnish. Turn off the heat.

    Transfer it in a greased plate and garnish with spared pistachio flakes. It will set within 10-15 minutes.
