Ingredients

  • 250 gmsPrawns
  • 2potatoes
  • 1Raw Mango
  • as requiredSalt
  • 1 TablespoonOil
  • 1/2 TeaspoonTurmeric
  • 1Paste of large onion
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
  • 1/2 cupCoriander leaves
  • 2medium tomatoes chopped finely
  • As requiredWater

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean the shrimps and add a pinch of turmeric powder,salt and Coriander powder.

    Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste, onion paste and saute well until the raw fragrance is gone.

    Add the spices, salt and potatoes. Now add the prawns and mango pieces and tomatoes and mix together well.
    Add some water and Coriander leaves and let it cook until the potatoes are cooked well.

    Serve hot with idli,dosa and rice 😋
