  1. 1/2 cupolive oil
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 1.5 cuprefine flour (maida)
  5. 1/2 cupcustard powder
  6. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  7. 1 tspbaking powder

    Firstly, in a grinding jar take sugar grind it,mix olive oil beat well,then mix milk beat well. Beat smooth and fluffy till the oil, milk and sugar combined well.

    Sieve refined flour, custard powder, baking soda, baking powder mix well. Mix liquid ingredients and dry ingredients mix well using cut and fold method.

    Transfer the cake batter into cake mould and tap to spread the batter evenly. Heat the khadai for 7-8 minutes on high heat beforehand. Pour salt at the bottom and place a stand. Put the cake container on the stand and close the kadai.

    Bake the batter for 40-50 minutes on low - medium flame. You can check it after 40 minutes, the cake has puffed up and turn brown take the cake container keep it aside for 2 hour and allow to cool down.

    Slide the knife along the edges and take out cake on a plate. Slice the cake into piece and our custard cake is ready to serve..... Enjoy!!!!!
