  • 150 goatmeal
  • 1/2Apple and 3g sugar
  • 100 gsoy milk
  • 5 gBaking powder
  • 70 g1/2 banana
  • 30 gsugar
  • 20 goil
  • Your preference
  • I put walnut and some raisins on top

    Preset the oven 380°F

  2. 2

    Cut Apple to small peaces and add sugar and microwave for 30second

    Put other ingredients to blender except baking powder

    Add baking powder and mix all ingredients

    Put in mixed ingredients, apples and nut on top to the baking pan and bake for 35mins.

    Cool it on the rack
