Sattu Sharbat is a traditional Indian summer drink that helps cool you down. Made from roasted gram flour (sattu), it's packed with protein, gluten-free, and considered very healthy. This energizing drink is especially popular in Bihar, where it's sometimes called the 'rural Horlicks' because of its nutritional benefits. Drinking Sattu Sharbat can help you stay energized throughout the day, and it's known to be good for digestion, diabetes, and weight management. Sattu Sharbat can be made sweet or savory—enjoy it however you like to beat the summer heat!
