Market day so fresh (white) asparagus. I bought the cheap broken ones ideally for a risotto and soup. If you want it veggie Just dont put in the bacon.

Market day so fresh (white) asparagus. I bought the cheap broken ones ideally for a risotto and soup. If you want it veggie Just dont put in the bacon.

Put oil in pan fry bacon put in rice. Stir.
Put in 1 ladle of stock and wine. - 2
Clean the asparagus and cut into bite size pieces

Cook for about 8 min.

Put in asparagus and peas and one more ladle of stock. Stir.
Put in tym and yuzu - 5
Cook until rice get tender but still have a bite
You might to put in more stock. - 6
Finish with cheese, butter and parsley and season.
