Sift the flour into a mixing bowl. Add sugar whisk to mix it. Add cold butter and use you fingertips lightly nib until it resembles bread crumbs. Add the chives, sour cream and an egg. Gather the dough into the ball. Turn it on the flour surface. Roll the dough gently to 2 cm thick, cut it with the round cutter. Place on the baking paper on baking tray. Brush the top with egg and sour cream glaze.

Preheat the oven at 190 degrees celsius, bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
