Market day so fresh (white) asparagus. I bought the cheap broken ones ideally for a risotto and soup. If you want it veggie Just dont put in the bacon.

Ingredients

  1. 150 grrisotto rice
  2. About 500 ml (chicken) stock fresh or from cube
  3. 1 glasswhite wine
  4. 250 grasparagus white or green
  5. 100 grstreaky bacon in lardons
  6. 100 grfrozen peas
  7. 50 grgrated hard cheese
  8. 1 knobbutter
  9. 1/2 tbtym
  10. 1/2 tbuyzu
  11. Pepper salt to taste
  12. 2 tbgood olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Put oil in pan fry bacon put in rice. Stir.
    Put in 1 ladle of stock and wine.

    Clean the asparagus and cut into bite size pieces

  3. 3

    Cook for about 8 min.

    Put in asparagus and peas and one more ladle of stock. Stir.
    Put in tym and yuzu

  5. 5

    Cook until rice get tender but still have a bite
    You might to put in more stock.

    Finish with cheese, butter and parsley and season.

    Serve
