No Oven Eggless Stuffed Sesame Bun

Take milk in a cup,add sugar and let dissolve.Add yeast,stir,cover and leave for 10 minutes.

In another bowl take maida add other ingredients and mix well for 3-4minutes.Add yeast mixture.Mix well.

Knead to form a soft dough with the help of warm water.Knead for 5-6minutes.Tuck the dough,apply some oil on it.Cover and keep in a warm place for 2-3hours.

Now mix all the ingredients of stuffing and keep aside.

After 3 hours,dough is risen properly,punch to remove the air and knead again.

Divide into 6 equall parts.Roll 1 part.Fill 1 tbsp filling,seal the edges and keep aside.Prepare all in same way.

Cover the buns with a moist cloth and leave for 10 minutes for proofing.

Meanwhile heat a kadahi on medium flame for 5-7minutes.

Add food colour to the milk and brush all the buns,sprinkle some sesame seeds on buns.Put on baking plate/tray.Kerp in the kadahi.

Bake on medium heat for 5 minutes,then reduce the heat to lowest and bake for 25-30minutes or till done.

It took 35 minutes to baked properly,take out and brush with butter.Cover with a moist cloth.

Serve after 10 minutes.Delicious stuffed buns are ready.
