3bitter gourd
1onion
1/2 tsp.Turmeric powder
to tasteSalt
3tsp.Oil

Cut the veggies in small pieces. Heat oil in kadai & add bitter gourd. Shallow fry it.

Then add eggplant & onion. Fry it well for 10 minutes in medium to low flame.

Then add salt & fry it for 2 to 3 minutes in high flame. Now Eggplant Bitter gourd Fry is ready to be serve.
