One cup of water and add meat and add 3 medium sized onions roughly chopped and 3 big tomatoes

Then add one large tablespoon of chili garlic paste and half spoon salt and 2 spoons of coriander powder

Add 1/4 spoon of turmeric powder and 1/2 spoon of chili flakes and put on pressure cooker for 7 minutes on medium flame. Note 7 minutes after whistle is heard

After 7 minutes the view as follows, now we need to dry out the water so keep stirring it for 5 to 6 minutes on medium flame the main goal is to dry the water.

After the time as elapsed it will look as follows after adding 2 scoops of oil as shown below till the oil releases and all water is evaporated and you can add vegetables such as potatoes etc near the end then after oil released add garam masala and you are done
