Ingredients

  • 1. 5 lb ground beef
  • Small onion diced
  • 16 ozuncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 (10.5 oz)can cheddar cheese soup
  • 3 cupschicken broth
  • 3 cupsshredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tspgarlic powder
  • 2 tsponion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    On sauté setting brown ground beef, onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper (drain off excess grease)

  2. 2

    Add chicken broth, macaroni and soup and stir

  3. 3

    Set instant pot to 4 minutes high pressure. When done quick release. Add shredded cheese and stir until combined
