Chicken biryani or chicken rice

In a pot boil water add lil oil salt and add rice to it. Cook until soft to touch. Drain water set a side.

Now boil chicken on high heat for 10 minutes drain water and set a side. U can use chicken broth for cooking rice too.

Now in a pot fry onions until golden brown add garlic paste stir fry it 2 minutes. Then add tomatoes and all the spices cook it at least for 10 minutes on high heat until the tomatoes are nicely cooked.

Now add chicken to the mixture stir fry 5 minutes on medium heat then cover the lid and cook more 5 minutes on low heat.

When the oil separates now layer up the rice and chicken in rice pot.

Layer rice then add chicken mixture then add rice repeat 2 or 3 layers. Now cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes then ready to serve with salsa yogurt or pickles. Add a drink soda drink 🥃 too. Enjoy 😊
