In a mixing bowl break the eggs. To it, add the chopped green chilies, salt, black pepper powder, and Mexican seasoning. Beat it well. Cut the ends of the bread slices from all sides. Toast the bread lightly on both sides using butter.

Heat a nonstick pan. Brush it with butter. Pour and spread the egg mixture all over the pan. Cook it lightly. Place the toasted bread slices on the omelette. Coat it with the egg mixture and flip it. Toast for 30 seconds. Flip the omelette. Fold in the two sides.

Place the cheese slice on one bread slice and fold them into half so that one bread slice is on top of another. Toast the bread on both sides for 30 seconds. Remove from the pan and cut into half ie. two triangles.

Delicious Omelette Cheese Toasted Sandwich is ready. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or red chilli sauce.
