Ingredients

11 muffins

1 1/2 cupsall-purpose flour (about 180 grams)
1/2 cupsugar (about 100 grams)
2eggs
1/2 cupplain yogurt (about 125 grams)
3 1/2 tablespoonsmilk (about 50 ml)
1apple
1 packetbaking powder
1 packetvanilla sugar

Steps

Combine the wet ingredients using a whisk, and separately mix the dry ingredients.

Combine the two mixtures with the whisk, then add the apple cut into small cubes.

Fill the muffin cups, but not to the brim as they will rise during baking. I cooked them in an air fryer for 12 minutes at 340°F (170°C).
