Ingredients

  • 1 Cupbesan,
  • 1/2 cup curd some water. Mix. Keep 6-7 hours
  • 1 tsp ginger, green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp eno fruit salt
  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder.
  • as per taste Salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • as requiredTadka- oil, rai. Chopped coriander for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix besan g. chilli paste, eno, sugar, salt.properly.

  2. 2

    Grease dhokla pan.Pour batter. Cook 15-20 minutes

  3. 3

    When cools cut into square pieces. Give tadka.Garnish with coriander
