Wash and parboil rice with a little salt wash out the starch once again and keep aside

Wash &Slice,chop and dice the veggies to your desired shape stir fry carrot firstly and add remaining veggies stir fry together

In a pot heated with coconut oil add the washed rice and stir fry for 2 mins add soy sauce and seasoning cubes with a pinch of salt

Add the veggies to the rice and stir add stock water and allow to steam for some minutes your vegetable rice is completely ready
