Ingredients: as needed Golgappe or Puris; 1 cup Sev; 1 cup Khara Boondi; 3 finely chopped Onions; 3 chopped Tomatoes; 1 tsp Chat Masala; 1/2 cup roasted or fried Peanuts; 1 small bunch chopped Coriander Leaves; 2 tbsp Lemon juice; 1/2 cup Pomegranate Arils; 2-3 boiled and mashed Potatoes

This is Sukha or Dry Puri Chaat. Loved and relished by many at Tea-time. Delicious and aromatic. Easily made with available ingredients at home.
It looks good and tastes equally great.
You can use whatever is handy. And just assemble and serve. That's it.
The only difference here is that even the Puris are made at home by me. I usually make lots of them and store and use them as required.
These Puris that I have used for this recipe are not store-bought ones either. And therefore absolutely healthy and perfect accompaniment at Tea-time.

The picture says it all. There is no need to explain everything in detail. Looks good and will be loved by kids too. The stuffing can be according to your family's preferences. In fact, you can make it different for the kids with some of their favourites like Chocolate Chips, Chocolate chunks, Chocolate sprinkles, Gems, chopped Fruits, etc.

No Cook Recipe

Add everything to a bowl at first. Mix well and set aside. Make a hole in the center of all the Golgappe. The Golgappe are homemade with Semolina or Suji. Enjoy!

Now fill each Golgappe or Puri with this mix. Serve immediately. It's an excellent Snack at Tea-time. Yum!
