Ingredients

  1. Potato
  2. Carrot
  3. Green pepper
  4. Onion
  5. Scotch bonnet
  6. Green beans
  7. Seasoning
  8. Black pepper
  9. Ginger and garlic paste(much)
  10. Peas
  11. Cumin
  12. Eggs
  13. Meat
  14. Kidney
  15. Oil for frying
  16. Little amount of water

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and Cut potatoes into cubes and fry it

  2. 2

    Cut your veggies into your desirable shape
    And keep aside

  3. 3

    Marinate your meat and liver with spices and seasoning cover and leave to sit for 30-40 mins

  4. 4

    In a pan drizzle little oil,add onion,ginger and garlic paste,stir fry until it looks translucent then add in your marinated meat and kidney and stir fry for 5-7 mins until it turns from red to brown

    Add your veggies with the exception of green pepper and mix all add water and little seasoning so that it will become tender,cover it until all the water dries up

    In a different pan scramble your eggs and keep aside

  7. 7

    When the meat and veggies become tender then pour in your fried potatoes and mix, add in the scrambled egg and mix then green pepper at last

  8. 8
