Rinse and soak sabudana in one cup of water for 30-50 minutes. Transfer milk in a thick bottom pan and let it boil on a slow flame, keep stirring.

After 3-4 minutes, add soaked and drained sabudana. After 2-3 minutes, add sugar and cook for a few minutes more.

Lastly, add cardamom powder and after one minute turn off the heat.

Garnish with almonds and pistachio and serve hot or chilled as you like.
