Soak tamarind for 30 - 40 minutes.

Then mash tamarind to get the pulp and remove seeds. Add salt + sugar into it and mix nicely, let sugar melt.

Take serving glass, pour 3-4 tbsp Tamarind pulp and fill the glass with water and adjust salt as per requirement.

Tamarind Sharbat / Drink is ready.
