Steps

Wash and boil rice till half cooked. Drain and rinse. Set aside in a colander

Put vegetable oil in a pot. Set on heat. Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste. Saute.
Add pepper and tomato paste then stir fry. - 3
Season with seasoning cube, jollof spice and salt to taste.

Add in your half cooked rice, stir then add enough water or stock to cook the rice.
Add in your bayleaf. Cover pot tightly. Bring to a boil then lower the flame and allow to simmer on low heat till all liquid is absorbed. - 5
Fluff your rice with a fork. Serve and enjoy.
