  • 2big buns
  • 1/2leek
  • 100 grblushed tomatoes
  • 10sechuan peppercorns cruched
  • 1cruched garlic clove
  • 1 tboil from tomatoes
  • 1egg yolk
  • 3 tbbreadcrumbs
  • Selery salt to taste
  • Sauce of choice

    Cut the leeks i to small pieces clean well. Do the same with the tomatoes. Bake in oil with garlic and sechuan pepper for about 7 min. Cool

    Put in a container. Put in meat,egg,breadcrumb and season

    Make 2 burgers out of it. Rest for 15 min in frigde.

    Bake or grill. Put in warmed bun wit sauce and condiments of choice
