Wash and dry pat bhindi. Wash, peel and chop onions

Heat cooking oil in a wok then add cumin seeds. When cumin seeds splutter put chopped onions, green chillies and cook till they turn translucent. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, garam masala and mix and saute for 5 min

Now add the bhindi and mix well. Cover it with a lid and cook for 2 min on medium flame

Cook for 2 min on low flame

Serve hot with chapati and curd
