Did get a chance to make before Ramadan. This weekend I made it and store it for mix plate and dahi barey. Will share it when I will make Mix plate or Dahi Barey. Till then you also make and save for future.

Did get a chance to make before Ramadan. This weekend I made it and store it for mix plate and dahi barey. Will share it when I will make Mix plate or Dahi Barey. Till then you also make and save for future.
Steps

Soak Maash daal for 4-5 hours.

Then put it in blender with chopped chilies and ginger pieces

Add baking powder and salt.

Pour water and blend until it turns into paste.

It shouldn’t be as runny as water or as thick as dough. Heat it up pan on medium flame. Then take a full tablespoon of paste and pour it in hot oil. Pour it one by one. Once it leaves the surface of pan, flip it. Mean while pour hot oil on them

It will take almost 4-5 mins for one batch. When it turns slightly golden. Take it out spread on newspaper or put it in strainer for excess oil. Make it cool down.

Make it at the same time or put in container for next days use. Enjoy Ramadan with me 😉😄
