An amazingly quicker and easiest Chaat that can be whipped up for a delightful Iftaar meal this Ramadan. And this is exactly what I have done as well. This is the most popular Indian dish that cannot be undermined when a word like zing is mentioned. It's the most loved one by many foodies across the Country. It's a form of Chaat from the State of Maharashtra. I had kept it simple with the below-mentioned ingredients. You can use anything else of your choice and like in this. These are homemade mini Puri shells that are popularly used in another most loved one- The Pani Puri.

This time I made them for the Iftaar at home with a few close-knit friends and neighbors. The best part about this simple yet flavourful Chaat is that it can be assembled with whatever is handy. The ingredients are easily available too. And it will make for a decent meal in almost no time at all and with minimal effort too. And I feel that Chaats are the best for a large Iftaar meal as they can be made easily to suffice a large crowd. That's the reason why I love them so much.

Steps

No Cook Recipe
  1. 1

Arrange all the Puris on a serving platter. Make a hole in each for the filling. These Golgappa Puris are absolutely homemade and therefore a big help during Ramadan for me.

    Samosa Chaat
  2. 2

Fill with boiled Potatoes, beaten Curd, and Chutneys. Sprinkle Sev along with Chat Masala.

    Khara Boondi Chaat
  3. 3

Garnish with finely chopped Coriander Leaves. That's all. Serve immediately.

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
