My mom wants to try something different from daily routine so she decided to make some fried things

Ingredients

30 mins
5-8 persons
  1. 2 cupsall purpose flour (maida)
  2. 1/2 cupghee
  3. 1/2 kgchicken
  4. 2small size onion
  5. salt
  6. red chilli
  7. cumin
  8. whole spice (garam masala)
  9. black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the flour with ghee and make sure that no lumps are remain in it

  2. 2

    Now add water as required and mix it well and leave it for 15 mins

  3. 3

    Boil the chicken with salt as required

  4. 4

    Shred the boiled chicken and add salt,red chilli,cumin,whole spice (garam masala) and black pepper according to your taste. Mix well all these ingredients with 2 finely chopped onions

    Now make round chapati (tortilla) and cut it into two pieces

  6. 6

    You can make different shapes as you like. Here I'm making roll,kachori and samosa(wonton) shape. Fill it with mixture you prepared earlier.

    Fry it in low flame till golden brown. Tasty kachori,rolls and samosas are ready.

    You can make different shapes as you like(round,square,oval,rectangle and many more).
