Steps

Boil daal and potatoes with button red chilli, garam masala powder, salt, garlic, onion, 1 green chilli.

When done, Take out onion and green chilli and chop
Mashed potatoes separately. - 3
Mix daal mixture and mashed potatoes, add salt, red chilli flakes.
Add green masala, (link in my recipe of Chicken resha shami kababs. in daal mixture.
Mix all ingredients properly and make large kababs.
Dip them into beaten egg and shallow fry. - 4
Make two type of chatnies(sauces) for assembling burger.
One is, add chopped mint leaves, fresh coriander, 1 green chilli, Pinch salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, blend with imli pulp.
Another is, add chopped green chilli(1),few coriander leaves and zeera powder and pinch salt in dahi and mix well. - 5
On the one side of burger spread 1 tsp mayonnaise, put kabab, put both the chutnies. Cover with other piece of burger.

Make 4-6 burgers. Set a side.

Before serving heat tawa, low the flame, put 1 tsp ghee/oil/butter. Toast, both sides of burger and serve hot.
