Today I will show you how to make Spicy Indian Chutney Which Will Go With All Your Snacks - Nachos, Papri Chat, Pani Puri, Fritters. I have used green chutney, red chutney and tamarind chutney. I have used Coriander, Kashmiri Red Chili and Tamarind along with various Indian Spices. All the chutney is spicy, tangy and tasty.

Add 2 cups Coriander leave in blender

Add 2 whole Green Chili, 5 Garlic pieces, 1 inch Ginger piece

Add 2 tablespoon Lime juice

Add 1 teaspoon Sugar

Add 1 teaspoon Cumin

Add 1/2 teaspoon Black Salt

Blend everything

Green Chutney is ready

Use 12 Kashmiri Red Chili for Red Chutney

Add 2 cups warm Water in Chili

Cover for 15 minutes

After 15 minutes, Chili is well soaked with water

Transfer Chili in blender

Add 2 tablespoon Lime juice

Add 1/2 teaspoon Black Salt

Add 1 teaspoon Sugar

Add 6 Garlic pieces

Blend everything

#3 TAMARIND CHUTNEY

Add 1 cup warm Water in 100 gm Tamarind and cover for 15 minutes

After 15 minutes, separate pulp from Tamarind using strainer

Mix the pulp well

Add 1 teaspoon Oil in pan and heat

Add 1/4th teaspoon white Mustard in Oil

Add Tamarind pulp mixture in pan and stir

Add 1/2 cup Sugar and stir

Add 1/2 teaspoon Black Salt

Add 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder

Add 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili powder and mix well

After 5 minutes cooking, Tamarind Chutney is ready
