Ingredients

15 minutes each chutney
3 servings
  • #1 GREEN CHUTNEY
  • 2 cupsCoriander leave
  • 2whole Green Chili
  • 5Garlic pieces
  • 1 inchGinger piece
  • 2 tablespoonLime juice
  • 1 teaspoonSugar
  • 1 teaspoonCumin
  • 1/2 teaspoonBlack Salt
  • #2 RED CHUTNEY
  • 12Kashmiri Red Chili
  • 2 cupswarm Water
  • 2 tablespoonLime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoonBlack Salt
  • 1 teaspoonSugar
  • 1 inchGinger piece
  • 6Garlic pieces
  • #3 TAMARIND CHUTNEY
  • 1 cupwarm Water
  • 100 gmTamarind
  • 1 teaspoonOil
  • 1/4th teaspoon white Mustard
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonBlack Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonCumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonRed Chili powder

Steps

15 minutes each chutney
  1. 1

    #1 GREEN CHUTNEY

  2. 2

    Add 2 cups Coriander leave in blender

  3. 3

    Add 2 whole Green Chili, 5 Garlic pieces, 1 inch Ginger piece

  4. 4

    Add 2 tablespoon Lime juice

  5. 5

    Add 1 teaspoon Sugar

  6. 6

    Add 1 teaspoon Cumin

  7. 7

    Add 1/2 teaspoon Black Salt

  8. 8

    Blend everything

  9. 9

    Green Chutney is ready

  10. 10

    #2 RED CHUTNEY

  11. 11

    Use 12 Kashmiri Red Chili for Red Chutney

    Add 2 cups warm Water in Chili

  13. 13

    Cover for 15 minutes

  14. 14

    After 15 minutes, Chili is well soaked with water

  15. 15

    Transfer Chili in blender

  16. 16

    Add 2 tablespoon Lime juice

  17. 17

    Add 1/2 teaspoon Black Salt

  18. 18

    Add 1 teaspoon Sugar

  19. 19

    Add 1 inch Ginger piece

  20. 20

    Add 6 Garlic pieces

  21. 21

    Blend everything

  22. 22

    Red Chutney is ready

    #3 TAMARIND CHUTNEY

  24. 24

    Add 1 cup warm Water in 100 gm Tamarind and cover for 15 minutes

  25. 25

    After 15 minutes, separate pulp from Tamarind using strainer

  26. 26

    Mix the pulp well

  27. 27

    Add 1 teaspoon Oil in pan and heat

  28. 28

    Add 1/4th teaspoon white Mustard in Oil

  29. 29

    Add Tamarind pulp mixture in pan and stir

  30. 30

    Add 1/2 cup Sugar and stir

  31. 31

    Add 1/2 teaspoon Black Salt

  32. 32

    Add 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder

  33. 33

    Add 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili powder and mix well

  34. 34

    After 5 minutes cooking, Tamarind Chutney is ready
