Chop the veggies and blanch in oven with little water. Mash with masher when cool down.

Now mix green chillies, grated ginger, poha powder, garam masala powder with the black and mashed veggies.

Prepare cutlets. Mix 1 Tbsp Poha powder and 1Tbsp rice flour. Coat the Cutest with this powder.

Heat 2 Tsp oil in a pan. Shallow fry the cutlets on medium to low flame till they are crispy, both the sides. Serve hot with chutney/sauce
