Steps

Heat the oil in a pan. Slice the sausage and fry in oil allow the drippings to remain in pan. Set the sausage slices aside.

Slice and dice the onion and carrots. Dice the potatoes.

Fry in the drippings. Sautè till the carrots are almost done, just not mushy. Remove and add the potatoes to the drippings. Dice the pepper.

Cook the potatoes till done and crispy. Remove to the bowl. Slice the bacon.

Add the bacon and pepper to the drippings. Fry till bacon is crispy and remove to bowl. Add the rice to the drippings still till browned.

Add half of the water. Cook hard boil till water is gone. Add rest of water cook slow for 12 minutes. Mix the meats and veggies, keep aside. Stir the rice and ham well, turn off heat and cover. Leave undisturbed for 20 minutes.

Melt the butter. Add the pineapple juice, ketchup, vinegar, and sugar. Whisk till mixed. Bring to simmer. Mix the pineapple juice, cornstarch thickener.

Add the solution to the sauce to the sauce.

Whisk to mix when it leaves a good coating on spoon it's ready.

Allow 12 minutes to cool. Check the rice for doneness. Stir the meat and veggie mix.

Mix the rice and meat veggie mixture. Heat the sauce to a bubble. Add to the rice. Mix well

Add the pineapple chunks and it's juices to the boss Rice. Mix well and serve I hope you enjoy!!!!
