Mango Elaichi lassi and salted lassi

For mango elaichi lassi
In a blender take a curd keep 1spoon curd aside from bowl..

Now add chopped mangoes elaichi powder and sugar..blen in a mixer

Now as it smooth add blended lassi in serving glass add water as per requirement...now add curd in that which was kept aside....now stirr it...keep it in refrigerator for cooling

For salted lassi
Add curd and Salt in blender blend it smoothly...keep 1 spoon curd aside

Pour blended lassi in serving glass Now add water as per requirement add remaining curd which was kept aside mix it properly

Now keep it for cooling in refrigerator....

While serving sprinkle pinch black pepper powder and serve both coolant lassi and enjoy
