Steps

Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add melted butter and mix to combine. Make a well in the middle of your flour mix and add water.

Knead thoroughly to form a dough. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Form into balls. Dust work surface with a little flour. Roll out each ball.

Wrap each dough around one hard boiled egg then roll into a ball.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Deep fry the egg rolls on a medium flame till golden brown in colour.

Remove from oil. Drain and serve.
