Ingredients

  1. 1 packnoodles
  2. as required water
  3. as per taste salt
  4. as required oil
  5. 3capsicum slicely cut
  6. 3onions thin cut in slice
  7. 3carrots thin cut
  8. 2 tspvinegar,
  9. 2 tspsoya sauce,
  10. 3 tspgreen chilli sauce,
  11. 2 tspred chilli sauce
  12. 2chopped green chillies
  13. as required grated ginger(half inch)
  14. 6-7garlic pods
  15. 2 tspolive oil
  16. 1 cubebutter
  17. as per taste salt

    Then strain it from a strainer and grizzle some more oil and keep aside.

    Heat a pan add oil and butter then add chopped garlic, green chillies and ginger saute it well.

    Add chopped all veggies and cook on a high flame.

    Then add boiled noodles and all sauces.

  6. 6

    Mix it well.....cook for a while.

    Noodles is ready serve hot........ with ketchup.
