Ingredients

15-20 minutes

  1. 2 cupsgrated sweet potato
  2. 2 cupsjaggery
  3. 2 cupsmilk/almond milk
  4. 1 tbspghee
  5. 1 tspcardamom powder
  6. 1 tbspchopped cashew nuts
  7. 1 tbspraisins

Cooking Instructions

15-20 minutes

    Take a deep pan and put ghee in it.

  2. 2

    When the ghee becomes warm, add the sweet potato.

  3. 3

    Cook on low flame till it is cooked.

  4. 4

    Cover the pan with a lid.

  5. 5

    Stir occasionally.

  6. 6

    Then add the jaggery and mix well.

  7. 7

    Cook for 10 to 15 minutes stirring occasionally and add a little water if required.

    Then add milk and cook for 2 minutes.

    Add cardamom powder, raisins and cashew nuts.

  10. 10

    Mix well.

  11. 11

    Serve immediately.

    Tip : Add the milk/almond milk just before serving.
